Doctor of Audiology

I enjoy helping patients navigate through the complex world of hearing aids to decide what is best for them based on their hearing needs and their lifestyle.

I became interested in audiology while working in the speech-language-hearing department during my undergraduate coursework. I was drawn to the field because it combines the medical side of diagnostics along with the chance to develop long-term relationships with patients.

As an audiologist, my goal is to help patients improve the quality of their lives through better hearing. To achieve this, I feel it’s important to work as a team with the patient and their family. I enjoy helping patients navigate through the complex world of hearing aids to decide what is best for them based on their hearing needs and their lifestyle.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two small children. We love going to the lake cabin with extended family and doing any activity that gets us outdoors.
